In addition, autonomous driving and autonomous flight taxis for lower airspace are to be supported by public funding until they are ready to be launched on the market. Efforts will be made to ensure that the Graphite Nano Box will also be built in Germany. Long-distance energy transmission is to be converted to the Zenneck Wave so that all long-distance transmission lines can be dismantled or used for other purposes in the medium-term.

Construction of internal combustion engines must be banned from 2025, as in Norway, to switch to an area-wide infrastructure of electric vehicles within 10 years. Speed limits of 100 km/h in densely populated areas and 120 km/h for all other areas (see the Netherlands) will immediately apply to all internal combustion engines on German motorways. This does not apply to battery electric vehicles.
