Health policy

Thesis 58

A ban on influence will be imposed on the pharmaceutical lobby. Research and development of essential medicines and vaccines will be nationalised. No one should have a financial interest in playing with or endangering the health of others. Criminal law must provide for life imprisonment for such new offences as feigned infection via PCR tests for the purpose of distributing vaccines. The entire assets of the companies involved are to be accessed by way of profit skimming for any income from such constructs.

Thesis 59

The difference between statutory and private health insurance must be brought to an end. There is a free choice of doctor, as even the average citizen can be expected to go to the dentist if he or she has a toothache and to an orthopaedic surgeon if he or she has problems with the locomotive system. The necessity of a prior referral from the general practitioner is nowadays a chicanery for sick patients.

Thesis 60

Medical records are to be set up centrally only for the patient digitally in a German state cloud, to which only the patient has access and which can only be accessed with the doctor’s consent without the right to further data processing. This means every doctor learns about all other previous treatments, sees x-rays and CTs and can decide whether a new image needs to be made at all. The central patient file in the patient’s hand – transparently accessible for every patient – must become mandatory.

With that in mind, doctors’ billed services must also be stored in the medical file for at least 10 years for the respective diagnoses. This is the only way to ensure that the treating physician also reflects the billed and performed services in the medical file. The review can be conducted by the patient’s health insurance company at the patient’s request. Services not included in the medical record but which have been billed for can be reclaimed by patients. This ensures that doctors record their treatments and diagnoses completely and correctly for the patient.

Thesis 61

The statutory health insurance funds are introducing a bonus system similar to that of private health insurance. If no medical services are used for a year, the insured person is reimbursed one month of the insurance premium in July of the following year (employer and employee contribution) to his or her account. An application is not required. This also firmly establishes the idea that only significant medical services are submitted to the statutory health insurance company and not the prescription of each aspirin. Doctors must clarify how payment is to be made when admitting patients.

Thesis 62

The Ministry of Health will award research contracts to show the connections between body and soul. The Ministry of Health will award research contracts to investigate self-healing processes and explain how they work.

Thesis 64

Every person has the right to be free of pain, even if they consciously accept that their life will be shortened. These anaesthetics must be kept in sufficient quantities in all pain therapy centres.

Thesis 65

Qualified nurses shall receive a minimum, gross, salary of EUR 4,000 each month. The physically difficult and at the same time emotionally demanding work must lead to the establishment of a minimum salary for this sector to continue to promote this profession in the future.

Thesis 66

Doctors and nursing staff are not allowed to remain on duty for more than 8 hours within 24 hours, contrary to the regulation on statutory working hours. Confidence in medical care and in the functioning of the systems must be restored. However, this does not work with a permanent scheduled overload of doctors and nursing staff in the clinics. To guarantee medical care, doctors and nursing staff may need to be poached from abroad and increasingly trained locally.
